No Country for Old Men

Oh man! Shit!
This was my first reaction when the movie finished and we were mute for a few minutes and again Shit...
No Country for Old Men certainly deserved all the numerous awards including the 4 Oscars and it was arguably the best movie of 2007.

West Texas, 1980s and a crime thriller about three men crisscross each other paths which very much is the same as Fargo's theme, and you know Joel & Ethan Coen won a few Oscars for that one as well back in mid 1990s.
Anyway the two intellectual brothers has come back with one of the most nerve racking movies of our time and God knows how much this shit is powerful. The wonderful group of actors, the very detailed adapted screen play, the very unique way of directing and over all of them the editing of the movie helped this movie becoming one of the highly praised movies of recent years.


No Country for Old Men is around 2 hours but the very smart way of its editing helped movie a lot. It looks that you are watching a 200 hours movie but it helped movie to generate its story step by step and when it is done, you do not know what to do. The ending is very unexpected.
This movie appeared in Top 10 list of almost all critics around the world last year, more than any other film. Which is somehow makes it clear for you that you have to go and watch this masterpiece.
